Useful Info

ARTWORK

1. Files should be Adobe Illustrator for PC compatible in a vector format.
2. All fonts must be converted to outline.
3. Acceptable formats are: .ai or .eps; and high resolution .tif files (600 dpi or greater).
4. We will not accept any: .doc, .jpg, .pcx, or low resolution .tif and .gif files.
5. If submitting a scanned image, the resolution must be at least 600 dpi.
6. If we need to modify artwork there may be a $50 per hour service charge.

TERMS OF SALE

1. First order must be paid in advance either by check, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
2. To receive credit terms on future orders you will need to submit a credit application 30 days before the next order.
3. Orders must conform to standard case packs as listed on this website or our company pricelist.
4. All shortages must be claimed within 7 days of receipt. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
5. Freight shipped F.O.B. Factory.
5. Orders shipped UPS, FEDEX, USPS or DHL will incur a $2.00 per box handling charge.
